She says she would not be happy running a 150-person company in 10 years, so she must either keep growing or pursue an exit, and an exit means cleaning up her books and showing good margin. She is unsure she would want to run services inside a SaaS company, calling it a job where you get beaten up. Sam Jacobs suggested rising markets make services businesses more attractive acquisitions, possibly as a frontier lab's consulting arm.
